Privacy Notice

1. What this site is

pawsonmainrx.ca is the website of PawsOnMainRx, a veterinary compounding service, and is currently in beta. Online prescription submission is not yet enabled, so the site does not collect prescriptions or health information, and it does not process orders or payments. It is published by Arash Pourzare.

2. Information the site handles

• Nothing you type. The site has no contact form, upload facility, or login at this stage. The submission endpoints are disabled and accept no data.
• Technical logs. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site securely and to protect it from abuse. These logs are kept by the provider for a short period under its own policies.
• Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers.
• No cookies for tracking. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Email

If you write to the address shown on this site, your message and email address are used only to reply to you and are kept only as long as needed for that conversation.

4. Where information is processed

The hosting provider may process technical data on servers outside Canada, including the United States, under its own safeguards.

5. Your rights

You may ask what information, if any, is held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted by writing to the address below. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

6. Changes

This notice may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
